I have put “very good” because “beyondly spectacular” did not count as an option Italian food for real, good raw material cooked in the best possible way and finally, a very good service.

As always, the food is delicious, it is imaginative and different. It's good to have a good time to enjoy this restaurant again. The only glue is that we had a bit of cold, I guess to keep the vents in being a small place.

Para comer italiano deliciosamente en Madrid. La carta es variada y traen productos directamente desde Italia como los quesos (una burata que te hará la agua la boca). Tienen los místicos Tagliatelle con Trufa y una lasaña de boletus diferente y curiosa. Los mejores Spaghetti a la Carbonara de Madrid y algo que no te puedes ir sin probar es el helado de parmesano acompañado de una rica focaccia. El Chef Luigi Bertaccini es un encanto y pregúntale qué platos tienen fuera de carta (siempre te sorprende con algo suculento) En cuanto a los postres pues la panna cotta ya sea o con frutos rojos o con canela te hará querer volver a A vÁnvera.
