It took a little time to come and ask us for a drink and choice of food, and I was surprised that whoever took the lead did not consult for intolerances, but from there everything very well. It was even my birthday and they put a detail on a candle in a special dessert.

Comimos aquí durante unas vacaciones en Abama en junio. Esta fue definitivamente la experiencia gastronómica más destacada de nuestras vacaciones. El restaurante, anteriormente Kabuki, servía un menú fijo, ya que había sido relanzado recientemente. Fue muy bien planeado, innovador y delicioso. También vale la pena señalar que las porciones eran de buen tamaño, lo que mi esposo en particular apreció. Nuestro camarero estaba bien informado y claramente comprometido con el concepto. Una experiencia gastronómica realmente excepcional.

Una atención al cliente exquisita y un local agradable con terraza acogedora. La comida bien, lejos todavía del nivel esperado para un aspirante a estrella michelín (bien de sabor pero poca innovación. No hay platos que sorprendan). Con respecto a la carta de vinos, precios inaceptables por vinos que en cualquier otro restaurante del mismo nivel te cuestan menos de la mitad. Riberas del Duero normalitos a precios desorbitados. Esto es algo que sin duda hace que no quiera repetir la experiencia porque soy un asiduo de restaurantes de este nivel y me gusta comer/cenar con vino, pero pagando precios que tengan sentido. When staying at the Ritz Abama, we tried every restaurant, enjoyed them all, but my favorite was Kabuki. I was slightly concerned as I feared the combination of Asian and Michelin star could lead to some crazy dishes, and that in particular it might turn off my family. While the menu was very interesting, we did not have anything that was worrisome (or less than wonderful). We could not order the tasting menu as a few dishes my son would not like but effectively made our own. My favorite dish was four types of tuna sashimi.
