very nice tavern inside with very friendly staff especially the girl who served us, which was of a unique kindness. Asparagus risotto and space shrimp!

the place is simply wonderful. the interior is very intimate, cozy, warm. The table on the channel is magical. food is great, above expectations. prices more than honest considering location, quality and service.

dinner on October 4, 2022 for our anniversary of Roman wedding and laura we were very good, delicious dishes and especially the courtesy of the waiters .. a particular thanks to erica hello soon. Venetian is magnificent.

We booked the table for 2 on the canal. What a beautiful experience for my wife and I. The service is great and very attentive to you. It felt very intimate (besides people walking by and staring or taking pics lol). Would recommend if you wanted to splurge a little. Food and drinks were good.

We reserved the canal view dining table. It was fantastic. Our waitress took photos of us from the bridge, which, along with the delicious food, wine and views made it a perfect dining experience. All of the wait staff there were very courteous. The shrimp orzo and lobster pasta are delicious.

Tasty, Good looking food and great service!!! our waiter looked after us so well and email booking was quick and easy. I don’t understand why some ppl leave a bad review on the prices as it’s all clearly written on their menu. Restaurant inside looks really cosy too and clean. We had a wonderful time and meal!

Restaurant is really cozy, seated us quickly (we had reservations and has a beautiful romantic table for 2 outside on the canal (we saw a proposal there! . The food was all consistently good. There were other restaurants on our trip that knocked our socks off a little more than this one, but Ai Barbacani is still a fantastic dinner option in Venice.

The table on the channel is magical. my fear, being booked for dinner, was that there was too cold or too little light. the lights illuminate everything perfectly, the peace of the canal in the evening is simply wonderful. on the head hangs a heater stove/amp that makes the temperature perfect even when it is very cold. the service is impeccable, courteous, polite, kind and friendly. food is great, above expectations because it was too beautiful that appearances mirrored reality: It was so! prices more than honest considering location, quality and service. thanks for the beautiful evening and for your work.

my friend and I came to ai barbacani for his birthday, so to the reservation of the table I did it with 2 weeks time, but from the beginning they were very appealing, helpful and professional. in the day of arrival we have some minutes too late there, but it all started great. sergio, who was our waiter, was very friendly, professional and we could not have been happier to have him. the starter was delicious and no ask for the main course. we were as enthusiastic as for eating as for the service. they even played the happy birthday song at a moment and gave my friend a piece of their delicious cheesecake. we felt very welcome and served so well.
