Akita - Speisekarte

Came for dinner and was not disappointed. From the excellent, friendly service to delicious food we left more than satisfied. Highly recommended.

Amanoto restaurant serve traditional local Akita dishes. Also they have performance show of Namahage at and every night. Namahage is recorded in world Heritage. Namshage id kind of evil who punish bad behaved child.

Akita is a very good Japanese restaurant, who offers several kinds of sushi, bentos, and finger food. We shared salmon and scallops skewers, some sushi and a spring roll. Everything was good and made to order. Price is fair. Speisekarte ansehen

The fish is super fresh and delicious, one of my go to place whenever i'm in Paris! Not only is the sushi amazing, the skewers they have with chicken and salmon are also fantastic. The waiters greet you with a smile, and the atmosphere is...nice and cozy.

I specifically likes the Vietnamese chicken spring rolls of this place. Other dishes I ordered: ebi tempura batter is too rich salmon sashimi fresh stir fried noodles good grilled items I recommend the beef and salmon, don’t ordered the one with...the cheese (yucky) Courteous servers

Fish was fresh and food was delicious including the over cooked edamame. Will not try again because of the attitude of the Waiters/waiters (even though they were not French) It's really shocking how France could turn Polite and kind Japanese people to little not so...kind French monsters. The hotel we were staying was around the block from this resto and even though three weren’t lot of people we went and gave it a try. For our surprise sushi and sashimi was fresh and tasty (once you been in Japan sashimi goes into...another league and we enjoyed our dinner . Kirin Ichiban a good alternative as they didn’t have plum wine nor sake .

Sushi lunch. While the fish was fresh, the amount of rice used for the rolls is absolutely insane. You can't even fit a whole piece in your mouth and when you do, you all but suffocate. I don't know if the use of so much...rice is to give you the impression you are getting bang for your buck, but it is something we see frequently in French sushi places. Still, we should not have expected too much.

After running away from crowded Japanese restaurant in rue St.Anne we walked out of the street and bumped into Akita, where there were no people inside, very weird for a saturday-night I think. But well, at least a quiet place, nice ambience. The food was...good (although the sashime could be just a little bit more fresh) and well-priced and the service was fine as well, although maybe a little bit unexperienced since we had to ask for the desserts menu ourselves and that somehow we had to use the cutlery and napkins from the table besides us as we didn't get any in the first place. The dessert also was good btw, the caramel piece or the mocha ice are worth trying! Speisekarte ansehen
