Spent 2 nights here food excellent good choice for breakfast didn’t have lunch so unable to comment but it looked good evening meal was delicious I had the lasagne yummy

Apart from the now de-rigueur need to find as many ways as possible NOT to serve food on a plate...the food was very tasty and portion size reasonable. Service was good. Carling lager was tasty (this is rare No outdoor provision for anti-social tobacco addicts.

we have booked my father in law 80. birthday dinners in restaurant and cannot blame it. the restaurant manager conor was very helpful in planning this, eating was superb and the waitress sarah, lisa, carol and charlotte were very attentive and helped...make the day a memorable. Speisekarte ansehen

had an amazing meal here during a lunch visit. scallop with black pudding is delicious and the grilled steak salad is an excellent dish. I have my dining room partner chicken dish than and it was fantastic. great service by staff and I would recommend the garfield. house hotel for a large selection of services and services.

I was a night on a business trip and used the restaurant this evening. the menu was extensive and I had the garlic mushrooms for beginners and the singapur huh for the main course. both classes arrived immediately, served by very friendly servers. and tasted excellent. the next morning I had the Scottish breakfast that was just as good.

Although we did not stay at the hotel, we decided to dine at the restaurant. The menu was not extensive, but there were plenty of options to choose from. I ordered the chicken starter and the steak pie, both of which were delicious. My partner opted for the pate and the shin of beef, and we both left with clean plates. they stay in garfield and ate them several times at bar grill. the menu is not massive, but eating is of excellent quality and I think I can safely say everything I ate was for my taste. I'm sorry for the woman I just beat. to the last help of mush! the personal is good as long as it is not too busy when the service becomes a little patchy. some decent drinks including good beer and excellent (and well documented) selection of gins and whiskeys

Soup (tasty but on the cool side) and sandwiches (generous and fresh, generous triple decker with sumptuous ham) were provided by pleasant, prompt server. Nice surroundings and clearly a well run bar restaurant within busy hotel venue (conference and funeral wake underway on our arrival....Shame the soup, Cullen Skink, was not warmer; it ought to have been clear on serving that it was separating and this coloured the experience. The staff were all very friendly (special mention to Jose who is just so welcoming) and the atmosphere in the restaurant nice and relaxed. I have eaten in the Bar Grill a few times recently and all the food has been just delicious as very...well presented. From the homemade Cajun Burger to the Beef Stroganoff, to the perfectly cooked Haddock, to the Roasted BBQ Chicken.....the list could go on : I certainly look forward to returning to sample more from the menu. I haven't tried it yet but they also have an early evening offer through the week up until 1830. Speisekarte ansehen
