The service is a disaster super slow, not attentive and on top she didn’t understand what we wanted!

The service is great and the ambience too however I didn’t not enjoy the food quality . The milk served was almost going off . Do try their brunch menu . They can do better I feel .

Food is really not great. Chicken was so so dry I cannot manage to cut through it. Chips are soggy. The interior is like a maze and I was lost looking for the bathroom. Very interesting. Id think it’ll be great to have a big party there. Speisekarte ansehen

We sat outside for brunch on a weekend, tables are tight packed, we could all hear each other’s conversations. Service is slow and staff are not very friendly. Took ages to get a menu. Food is very basic, eggs royale were ok, pancakes were not great, they were completely drowned in compote. Wouldn’t really recommend.

It was truly the most disgusting brunch I have ever had. The bread was beyond stale and it was rock hard. It was almost as if it had been left out for 2 weeks. The waffles were worse than what you buy in Aldi. It was disgusting and drenched in jam (no berries despite it saying in the menu there are berries on there). The place is clearly about to be shut down and I hope it does! The bathroom needs a good clean.

Worst dining experience I 've had. 1* experience for 4* price. They overcharged us, mistakenly allowing 3 guests to pay for the same dish they shared, and did not reply to complaint requesting refund, so basically theft. Food arrived late and some dishes just didn 't arrive but they didn 't tell us until the very end when everyone else was being served. Rude staff. No apology from the waiter at all, trying to justify it on having 'one chef ' despite the fact I booked in advance for 12 for a special occasion. I booked a venue for my son’s birthday party, scheduled for May 12th. I made the reservation back in January and paid £625 to the restaurant to secure it. Ten days before the party, I attempted to contact the restaurant to finalize details and order food, but they were unreachable. Upon visiting the restaurant, a staff member informed me that it would be closing the following week and that the party room had been vacant. Unfortunately, they couldn’t provide me with the owner’s contact information. I am extremely disappointed by this turn of events as it has disrupted my son’s party plans and reflects poorly on the restaurant's integrity towards its customers. Honestly so disappointing I wouldn’t bother. The visual appearance of the restaurant was really nice, we got greeted immediately and had a choice of where to sit since the restaurant was empty (first red flag). The waiter provided us with menus (we got advised there was no wine menu, just house wine), we waited for our drinks order to be taken for at least 20 minutes. Eventually we got our drinks, and another 15 20 mins later the waiter took our food order. Having clarified our order, the waiter even asked if we wanted everything to arrive together (which we did).
