Came across this place walking on Friday night browsing London as a tourust with a friend. Place was packed however hostess was kind enough to give as a table with no reservation . Classic decor mixed with young and hip crowd and music . Scalops were absolutely fantastic so was rissoto and pear salad with walnuts! Service was attentive !

I wanted to try this one, so it was excited when we booked it with friends. it was a Friday after work and I was not too hungry, so I went for the beef carpaccio and truffle mash. the trüffelmash is one of the most beautiful kartoffels I've ever had. I highly recommend it. with wine and eating worked the bill by 40 pfund per head. we then went down into the bar, it was a nice hit down there, but it was just a bit cold.

Eating with unlimited bubbly is fast to a totally acceptable wise to spend a weekend and with so many places to choose competition to offer the hottest brunch point is heating up. for us we have high expectations on beach blanket babylon, because it is the first stop of my sister! we have fed a full day and everyone knows that they have to start driving as they want, so of course we will be with our brunch unlimited bubbly.

I went to Beach Blanket Babylon last night for a hen party. Although we had a private room, we had to walk through the main restaurant which was absolutely buzzing and had a great atmosphere. The private room upstairs was pretty huge with its own dedicated bar. The food was not bad but, in my view, not worth going back for. I started with artichokes followed by lemon sole. Dessert was profiteroles which were dry and unexciting. If I go back to BBB it will be for the atmosphere more than the food!

Been here twice and both times I had the crispy duck as my mains. Beautifully cooked and just too tasty so it's safe to say I throughly enjoyed it. Plus the cocktails are just as amazing. The only thing that bought the place down for me was Tulisa going on like she was something to be looked at whilst acting like she doesn't want to be looked at which is quite a skill lol. The first time I went was for a birthday meal and so I got to see and taste some of what's on offer. The lamb shank was amazing, the fish and chips looked pretty standard and why anyone would go to a place like this an order a burger I'd never understand lol. We booked a table here at the last minute, both for the convenience of it's location (near the office! and for its menu (lobster! service wise- faultless. The staff from the maitre d at the restaurant to the waiters serving was friendly but laid back- it felt genuine not contrived. I ordered a cocktail as I waited, a Babylon Cooler, with lychee, grape, lemongrass and vodka and it was probably the nicest cocktail I've had in a long time. Refreshing, not overly sweet but still fruity. For mains, I ordered the ribeye steak.
