"yesterday at the smugglers for the 64th anniversary of my parent, where we sit immediately from our waitress, who was very pleasant. some of us have made slight changes to our food orders, for example, I asked the triple cooked chips instead of the thin pommes, but after saying that all our orders were served after not more than 15 20 minutes waiting what I think is perfectly acceptable I think everyone who expects their food should be delivered faster try mcdonald's next door! there were no complaints or problems with one of the foods and we will definitely return."

On visiting the smugglers we were welcomed and seated promptly with friendly service and lovely food,no complaints, nice relaxing atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Really nice inside. Best black pudding I've had in ages, Staff are great too. Despite sickness and absence service was extremely quick and the brekky was spot on. Another huge plus is kids eat free with paying adults, Really can't complain for the price.

Overall great experience, no buffet breakfast which I prefer. One of the breakfast waitresses is a bit strange. Evening meals was great. Stayed for the week so experienced a few meals. Think like most places have staffing issues so couldn't get a table when I finished work but staff helpful polite.

We've been here many times, but this visit was as good as any. My wife and I went with 2 friends and we were all impressed. Staff were really friendly, food was excellent and served in good time without rushing us at all. We shared 2 helpings of Belgian Waffles and they were delicious. As I had a voucher the price was great as well, so we all came away really happy. Well done Smugglers Haunt!

Went here last week after receiving a 50% off main meal offer via email. I ordered the mixed grill with the steak med/rare. To be honest I've never had a decent steak when ordering a mixed grill anywhere before, but to my surprise this one was spot on. The steak was very well cooked as was the rest of the meal. My only criticism of the whole meal was the pudding being a bit small for the price.

Very warm and welcoming staff. They were not overbearing and provided an excellent service. The staff are very accommodating to suggest whats good in the area. The food was fresh and cooked beautifully the wait time was minimal and the quality and quality of the food was great and very well priced. Cleanliness was very good and even the male toilets were very well kept. This has been a wonderful and pleasant experience I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future. Pictured is the Big Dipper Burger and was delicious!
