"Déjeuner en famille. Nous avons tous les trois pris apéritif et menu entrée/plat/dessert.J'ai encore pu une nouvelle fois me régaler et faire découvrir cet établissement à d'autres personnes.La présentation des plats est soignée, les ingrédients sont très bien cuisinés, assaisonnés. C'est excellent, frais et original. Même si l'on connaît souvent les produits ils se présentent sous au nouveau jour grâce au travail du cuisinier. Ma mère a adoré son nougat glacé, pas trop sucré ce qui est parfait pour une diabétique.Le prix est plus que justifié, surtout si on compare à d'autres restaurants qui proposent des plats minables à un tarif équivalent. Service prévenant et attentionné, d'une véritable gentillesse. Nous avons posé quelques questions et une réponse nous a toujours été apportée. Je conseille vraiment Le Sabayon et j'y retournerai certainement."

"We ate here as we were staying at the hotel opposite and it was recommend by the reception staff. We also had driven much that day and did not want to go into the centre of town. We were greeted warmly and the service and food was excellent made fresh to order and delivered with a smile. The house wine was excellent and the bill a pleasant surprise. Happy to recommend"

"Uncovered one evening during the fire cover, what a pleasant surprise! the hotel does not pay a mine by its front, it is located near the commercial area (only flat for me because it would win in customers if it was located in a city center for example but is well arranged and spacious. the sandwiches made in homemade kurtos (brioche bread cooked on a brooch, here suitable dressing in salted version are thought out (up to the small tomato at the bottom of the sandwich to block a possible out of sauce, generous, served with homemade fries and at a very reasonable price. for less than 10€, you are repused. We have been there, since, regularly returned: in addition to serving quality, the owners are pleasant and take the time to discuss. Keep going, don't change anything!"

"De passage sur Saint-Nazaire à l'occasion de The Bridge, nous avons trouvé par hasard ce petit restaurant ne payant pas de mine. Nous nous sommes régalés! Le serveur est juste adorable et le service très efficace. Les plats sont copieux et très bons. La formule du chef à 16,90€ entrée + plat + dessert, j'ai pris les Bricks roulés, la tajine de poulet et le thé gourmand. Tout était délicieux. Petit restaurant qui promet. Je recommande les yeux fermés !"
