Called in for lunch 16th May 2022. Two of our party said this was the best fish chips they had ever eaten. Potted Mackrel was also fabulous. Food this good at these prices is very hard to find. Don't miss out on this experience. Waitress was very pleasant helpful.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. We really liked the vegan falafel burger and curry. There were a few dessert choices, but we were too full to try them this time. We will definitely return. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a vegan option on the specials menu next time. I stumbled upon this restaurant when the pub I initially entered had just stopped serving food, and it turned out to be a fortunate coincidence. I had one of the best meals I’ve enjoyed in a long time, complemented by very friendly staff and excellent service. While the prices are comparable to hotel dining, the quality of the meal made it truly worth it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marazion!

The food was absolutely exquisite. I ordered the blackened hake accompanied by new potatoes, pickled salad, and chipotle, while my partner enjoyed a burger and crème brûlée. The service was impeccable and friendly, and the bar offerings were excellent as well. Our total came to £51, which included a beer. Nice and cosy interior. Quite a good selection of food and drinks. Staff was friendly although it was a bit awkward that they kept on standing by the bar, kinda made me feel a bit watched and I have actually caught them staring at customers Anyway would visit again as the food was good. They also have WiFi which is a plus especially when signal 's really bad in the area. A lovely family orientated restaurant and bar with a legendary name. Very pleasant and gregarious owners and staff alike. You can feel how proud they are of this venue, rightly so. The food was magnificent, the fish and chips was sensational. The tartare sauce was probably, the best I have ever had. This is a very great place to stop by for food and drinks right next to St Michaels mount. I will certainly be back here in the future. The main was amazing we had steak both cooked very well. The Let down for us was the special white chocolate strawberry and Disaronno cheesecake. It tasted very much like creamy flour and we could certainly not taste any Disaronno. The service was good when we first arrived but got the whole 1.5 hours we was there the only time we got asked if we wanted a drink was on arrival. Other people around us got asked several times. We even stacked our empty glasses at the edge of the table. To show they was empty. We would have understood if it was super busy but there was several empty tables by this point and the servers were just stood by the bar talking. Our plan was to stay for the whole evenin...
