"As regulars of this restaurant, and numerous good Sunday lunches here, we booked for a Saturday night. The waiter came to clear our starter plates away, but only took 3 left the other 3 in front of us. We sat there for sometime whilst trying to get the attention of one of the staff as we wanted to order more drinks the remaining plates taken away. We were seated on the round table in the window, so felt we were slightly out of sight. Eventually I had to get up to ask a waitress to remove the plates ask to order some more drinks. 2 of us ordered Monkfish Saganaki for our main meal, which at £27.50 was not a cheap dish. Whilst my friend had a nice tidy pile of rice with his fish, my plate looked like someone had thrown the rice on with their hands. The fish was dry, grey overcooked. It certainly had not been marinated in any of the sauce, but a dollop just thrown on the top of the fish. I have attached a picture. We called the waitress over who agreed it looked terrible went to get the Maitre D. His response was “it looks ok to me”. He didn’t offer to remove the dish or offer an alternative he was totally oblivious to the standard of food being served up which was under par extremely disappointing. Only one person out of 6 was happy with their meal last night. There were numerous other problems with the evening too, but will make this review far too long if I list them all! Unfortunately we will definitely not be using this restaurant any time soon which is a shame as we’ve had some great times, but the standard has slipped drastically."

beautiful small apartment. a few times for Sunday dinner. friendly staff and good food. portion size and essentiality of brot seems to vary slightly depending on day, but overall a very positive experience

Where are all the italians? Poor service as had to remind them of our drinks order once or twice, food was ok but not worth anything like the price they were charging. Friday night and was empty bar our table and one other. Clearly something has changed here recently. Won't bother going back.

I have been coming here over a 6mth period about twice a month. Living in London I cannot remember the last time I set foot in a Restaurant. This one is always a pleasant experience. Costas and his men work as a very efficient team. Food is always very good. Toilets are exceptionally clean (good sign).You can see the Chefs working, who also are efficient. The waiters are attentive but not overly so...they keep a consistent standard. Thank you for a pleasurable Lunch experience today.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times over the years , it’s a go to place when we’re looking for a nicer upmarket experience and food, however, on visiting this time we were met with average service and poor food. 4 of us attended and the food verdict from the 4 was okay at best to really poor. One main dish ordered was the tuna which was requested rare but was way over cooked. I ordered the Jacob’s Ladder but was so tough , rubbery and tasteless I was really disappointed. Sadly won’t be returning .
