taste and very cool! in a nice london place a good mix between japanese and urban style. classic sushi with an innovative idea. very appreciated the professional service.

a beautiful restaurant. service was excellent and attentive. eating is delicious and has a good choice. we did not book, but got a seat, but had to return the table around 7.30 clock and the place was dizzy.

NO social distance in this place!! Literally we were having dinner with a couple next to us. Rude waiters staring at you like if you were a rat. 100% racists, they are good with Asian people but not British. Speisekarte ansehen

would rather give ZERO star! it is called in English and mandarin in the room of the dame as below! I feel totally insulted to see such kind of signs in a Japanese restaurant as Chinese! I ask the restaurant to delete the mandarin sign asap! stop racism!

I've wanted to go in this joint many times but it always seemed to be closed! I finally found it open and went in! I felt really closed in the tables which more resembled a dig-out. The curry wasn't the best made Japanese dish I've...ever had and the dessert was pretty standard!

I'd seen mixed reviews about this place but as we were staying in Kensington, we wanted to give it a try. Upon arrival, we were shown to our table, you had to climb into your seats which gave the impression that you were sat on...the floor, very unique. There was a good range of drinks on offer and as for the food, we weren't 100% sure what to have so ended up ordering the house ramen noodles and some noodles with chicken and prawns. We were frequent visitors of the restaurant, however last night’s visit was our last. The sushi rice was rock hard, “like bullets” my partner commented, and the sushi would not have been out of place in a supermarket isle. Our waiter was comically rude, total...disregard for customer service. We were so desperate to get out of there we asked for our bill while finishing our mains and i threw down my card without looking at the bill. Once I’d paid, the waiter flung himself over our table shouting that we’d paid the wrong bill. If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would. The service is god damn TERRIBLE. The man who greeted us at the door was so rude and grumpy, I don't know why he works there. He asked us to check into the COVID track...and trace system (which we did) and then he asked us to show him we'd done it as proof?! (I mean if that's how they want to do things then whatever it's their restaurant). One of our guests didn't have a smartphone so asked if she could write down her contact details instead and was refused, he then proceeded to give a lecture on how important the app was, even though my friend couldn't physically download it. I visited with my wife and two kids during a visit to London over the summer holidays. Food was great, but our experience was ruined by the aggressive and confrontational manager. The service was ok, but certainly not exceptional; the staff were not engaging, did...not smile or do anything to make us feel particularly welcome. When the bill arrived there was a quite large service charge added, which seemed (to me anyway) too large for a quick visit with a small group (2 adults 2 children) and minimal levels of service.
