"I attended with a group of work friends on Sunday 21st July to my belated birthday celebration with a meal before bowling and it was a wonderful meal and a fantastic night the food was fantastic and a very special mention to the wonderful waitress Becky who served my group her excellent customer service made the night such a wonderful event I work in the industry myself so I know how tough of a job it can be but Becky is a real credit to the company and I had to thank her for everything all the staff were brilliant but Becky made it extra special and even took a photograph of my group as well she truly went above and beyond even when I asked if it was possible to play an ABBA song honestly such fantastic service I haven't visited Frankie Benny's for a very long time but after tonight I will not leave it as long on my next visit."

Terrible customer service, favour other customers that have come 10 mins after us. Didn’t bother to even order our drinks. Probably one of the worst Frankie and Benny’s I’ve ever been to.

We visited on Saturday, the 22nd of June and from the moment we were greeted and seated. It was a really good experience from top to bottom. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious.

Called in at about 4pm on a Tuesday. Only a few tables occupied so not at all busy. Ordered a garlic pizza bread with mozzarella and children's nuggets and chips. The garlic pizza bread was raw, raw dough !! The children's meal looked shocking and the chips were a horrid colour and overcooked. I do recall Frankie Benny’s having slightly better pizza that does not resemble something that has come straight out of a microwave in the past. Could the cheese be any more rubbery? But then again, what can I expect from F B’s. Possibly the worst ‘Italian’ chain there is! The waiters are ok. Apart from the robot waiter playing 3 lions at 100 volume. You can improve if you like but it does not matter to me as I will never return.

My daughter chose to come here for food after the cinema for her 8th birthday, it was such a lovely experience. The minute we walked in the staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure my little girl had the best experience ever. Our server Micheal was great, amazing customer service and engaged loads with the kids making them laugh. The food and drinks were great, nice and hot. Definitely returning and will highly recommended Thank you to you all x
