"Needed a break from pizza, so wondered down to the harbour area and found this little spot. It's deceptive in that you walk in and the entrance area is a mess, but we were directed to go downstairs and there we found a packed restaurant. Unfortunately they had run out of a lot of the starters, but the ones they did have were incredible. Both the crispy vegetables and the chicken 65 were delicious, especially the chicken once I had squeezed some fresh lemon over them. Will be going back for the chicken lollipops and the medu vada during the coming week."

If you’re looking for authentic Indian cuisine, this is the place. Great food, reasonable prices, and very friendly service. Extensive menu with something for everyone. We’ll be back.

Great Indian restaurant! good all the dishes we ate...beautiful the inside and the impeccable service. very kind staff who has been able to advise us in a very professional way. each course has been explained in detail...the vast menu (in fact we count to return as soon as possible to try the other dishes)!

Very authentic South Indian taste. Also good collection of Indian drinks. Staff is very humble and suggest the good stuffs. However I found the next day that they made a mistake in billing but no regrets. Hope they will improve this kind of things. I will suggest for dosa, chicken curries. But not the desert items.

The food was average. Everything was quite spicy and they didn’t have any way to tone down the spices either. As a South Indian, I can tell you that the Sambhar did not taste like how it should. The food was not hot, spices were too much and food wasn’t as authentic as I had hoped it would be. The food was brought to us quick and the waitress we had was quite good.

We went here after 10 days in Italy and we really wanted a change of flavors. We found Ghi rice and went to have a quick bite. We ordered chicken biryani, masala tea, masala Dosa and everything was okay. The food was average at best but really useful to satisfy those flavor cravings we were having. The service was good and the staff is courteous, the food does take 30 mins to be prepared so just fyi on the wait

not without perplexity we entered into what appears to be a takeaway exercise, and then discover that it has a room in the basement, spacious and apparently clean. I tried different dishes based on vegetables, veal and chicken, all very spicy and spicy, but so tasty and well cooked. very courteous and helpful, very reasonable price.
