We were in this restaurant and we were excited about it. We went back with friends and were disappointed. the kitchen remains good but less original and with less choice. Degotation menu where you have to divide all dishes. excessive spending for what you eat. also some have waited between appetizer and dish.. . Too bad. it was all better before

We had an incredible dining experience at Il Cuore ! Each dish was presented with a story about its origin or cultural significance, which added a unique touch to the meal. Wonderful experience here in Florence! Super legit Japanese restaurant with authentic dishes. The staff are so kind and very professional and polite. Even though there were some English barriers, they communicated very well and provided amazing service. Quality and service which well exceeds its price range. If you’re looking for authentic, excellent quality Japanese food in Florence this is the place you’re looking for. The gentleman who works here (maybe runs it? is beyond professional, with an extremely impressive commitment to service. Honestly on par with even Michelin star places I have been to, I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. I recommend the hand rolled sushi rolls, they are just delightful especially the shrimp one.

Japanese home cooking of the highest level where each dish is a mix of unique flavors for which it is necessary in the cases of the udon dish in photo, wait a bit, but Christ is worth it. Japanese dishes found here, between beers and handmade desserts, are absolutely irreperible elsewhere in the city as the Japanese cheesecake before now tried only in Japan! a normal review would not be enough to describe the 360-degree experience simply entering the restaurant. opening the door immediately welcomed by the sound of a lighter bamboo. the restaurant is immediately enveloping and intimate, almost entering your house. but the real first positive note of this place is the manager, Minato-san who with his passion tries to convey what a traditional Japanese restaurant can offer, successfully perfectly in his intent.
