The restaurant is in the heart of Rocamadour and we feared it would be totally touristy. Somehow, the warm welcome and quality of the food (and view from the terrace over the gorge) dispelled that. They offer a very reasonable carte for 19 Euro. We...had absolutely delicious vegetable soup and country pate/salad as firsts; an enormous serving of hake on pasta and very good cassoulet as mains; and strange almond/apple tarte for dessert. All recommended, along with Cahor wine.

Very good address, already tested and very popular, on a half-board basis, as part of a trip organized by FMV, accompanied by 2 traveling companions, bikers in addition. 4 nights in half board which allowed us to appreciate this super well located and high standard hotel/restaurant. This about 4 years ago. I wanted to repeat the experience, always with FMV, in the so-called: freedom formula. As a duo.
