a very friendly, courteous and helpful owner. we ate traditional dishes that often seem the easiest to cook, but then are the most subject to criticism and defects and instead all geese and delicate. not to mention the excellent services: reception, table service and toilet. the location is fantastic because next to the iconic places of roma and does not appear as a tourist place. highly recommended. I had asked my hotel concierge to recommend and make a reservation for me prior to me arriving in Rome, with the special request that it was my wife's 40th birthday and wanted it to be special for her. It did not disappoint at all. The staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to make up a special plate of tiramisu with a birthday message and Candle, singing happy birthday to the wife. Carbonara was absolutely beautiful and by far the best I have ever had. The setting of the restaurant was also really relaxed. Thank you for making such a memory of our first visit to Rome.
