"I ate in this restaurant twice because we enjoyed our first visit so much. I go back there a third time before leaving Arles to return to New York where we have a very good Indian cuisine. Jaipur Palace food is just as good, if not better. Butter chicken is fabulous, just like tandoori chicken. Our aperitives were also pretty wonderful. We think everything in this restaurant is good enough, including the bread naan garlic. Highly recommended. Take pleasure! We fell over this restaurant in Arles and were amaze at the great quality of the food everything cooked fresh and so very tasty. We had a 3 course meal fro 19 euros but, frankly, it was worth a great deal more. The staff were so friendly and the ambiance excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The food was outstanding. Coming from New York City one of the best places to eat Indian food I was very impressed with the food and service. The appetizers we loved. The naan Garlic bread was wonderful along with the chicken Tandoori and the butter chicken. Well go back next week for one last Indian meal before we leave Arles. Definitely recommend. Just ended here by accident during our visit in Arles, day menu for 13,50 including a soft drink or wine seems good value. The day menu as pictured on the menu card was tiny bit of chicken curry some dahl a slice of roasted eggplant with some rice and Naan. The Naan remains our biggest downside of the mail, wet soft like a sponge…(microwave heated? Overall taste was better as expected for this price level We can’t be Shure but both my wife and myself had some stomach issue directly after our lunch. Place was empty when we entered but full with tourists as ourselves when we left

restaurants we've done a lot of them. very good (like the marks of lou) and very bad (such as van gogh coffee). Indians we have done a lot in france and in the world (londres, dubai. This one is one of the best. not that it is gastronomic, but it meets all the criteria we are looking for dishes, sauces, just very fast food-service but a complete room (not always the case the service is often long in the very beautiful Indian restaurants personal (not always the case of generous, liqueur offered, excellent local wine and organic-priced very correct price, nan cheese included in the menu, of choice, what to taste all our time. the note is deserved so much dedication deserves detour and encoura...

"This restaurant is part of a hotel in a very impressive 16th century building. It looks very classy. However, the night we were there, there must have been some serious problems in the kitchen (or maybe it is always like that . We started with a shared plate of charcuterie which took a long time to arrive – how long does it take to arrange the cold meats on a plate? We then waited a very, very long time for our main courses. While waiting, we saw a dispute at another table involving the maître d’ and resulting in plates going back to the kitchen. We had both ordered duck à l’orange which came with Camargue rice. The rice appeared to have been baked in the oven and was so crisp and dry that it resembled a cereal bar. The ‘orange’ was not the usual sauce, but instead was four cubes of orange that appeared to have been scorched on a grill. They added nothing to the dish. It had been suggested that we should share a side of seasonal vegetables. These turned out to be big chunks of boiled potatoes (with rice! , a boiled root vegetable and a couple of dry artichokes. We had interchanges with two servers and the maître d – all were cold and brusque. We lived in France for more than 20 years and appreciate the fact that the French like to take their time with meals, but there is a big difference between leisurely and glacially slow. Perhaps we were there on a bad night, others seem to have had a better experience."
