"Nous sommes allés au Ty Zac situé à Olonzac début juillet en pleine saison touristique (nous sommes belges). Le restaurant affichait presque complet. Le patron a accepté de nous installer à une table (nous étions 2) malgré que nous n'avions pas réservé.L'accueil est impeccable, tous le personnel est sympa et bien organisé. Nous avons été rapidement servis malgré l'affluence du moment. Les plats sont excellents, fait maison!!!! et pour ne pas gâcher le plaisir, vous en aurez pour votre faim!!!!L'ambiance est chaleureuse (nous avons mangé en terrasse). Ce petit resto tenu d'une main de maître par deux bretons est a recommander! De prime abord on pourrait hésiter à rentrer dans l'établissement (assez petit, piège à touristes...) mais non, il faut franchir le pas. L'hygiène est impeccable, la carte est variée, il y en a pour tous les goûts! Et pour finir en beauté, l'addition est plus que raisonnable plats + vin compris (1 litre) pour une trentaine d'euros pour 2 !!!!!!!!!! Nous y sommes allés trois fois durant notre séjour et à chaque fois le même service impeccable!!!Petite dédicace au patron : le belge de la lasagne au canard..."

"Our bad food in France. Maybe. At the end of July 2021, we dined in Le Bel Minervois. While the courtyard had a nice ambience, this is the only thing we can recommend about this restaurant. Our family of 5 tried various appetizers, entrees and desserts, and all were inconspicuous and badly made. The steaks were a terrible, gristful cut, and the flavors for each dish were not pleasant. To complete everything, this meal was also our most expensive of all the places we ate. We enjoyed a much better meal for less in the Michelin played Chantovent in the beautiful surroundings of Minerve. It was such a bad culinary experience that it became a constant joke of our trip at least it's not Le Bel Minervois! etc. This was such a disappointing and expensive abuse that we felt that we had to warn others, especially because there are so many other positive reviews. Maybe the new management is? There are many other delicious restaurants in this area instead of exploring."

"Small restaurant at the top!! Very nice and pleasant server. We were able to have lunch on a very pleasant terrace. Midday formula excellent value/price. Vegetarian burgers are succulent. We enjoyed everything, we'll come back for sure."

The terrace offers a view of the canal, but for us it will be lunch in the room, the rain having come to invite itself without we have wanted it. A warm welcome, generous cuisine, quality products, high-end service. Jean Christophe behind his bar is attentive to the needs of his customers. Bravo to this young team. We'll be right back."
