Es war ein großes Vergnügen, im L'academia zu essen. Ich liebe es, bravo!

Haben 15 Minuten gewartet, um zu bezahlen, inklusive einem Glas Epesses für 11 Franken, oder 110 Franken pro Liter... Sie haben keine Erdnüsse!

Große Erfahrung, tolles Essen, anständig wie pro Schweiz, aber es wert. Wir hatten Mittagessen für 3 alle, wo wir mit allen Gerichten zufrieden waren. Speisekarte ansehen

Enttäuschend... Die Gamberoni waren immer noch gefroren auf dem Teller... Die roten Früchte aus dem Dessert waren ebenfalls noch gefroren und schwer zu kauen... Für den Preis kann man definitiv besser machen. Schade... Wir hatten uns jedoch darauf gefreut dorthin zu gehen. Hoffentlich ändert sich das in Zukunft.

Wirklich ausgezeichnetes italienisches Restaurant. Natürlich ist es ein wenig teuer, aber man zahlt sowohl für die Qualität des Essens als auch für die Qualität des Services. Die Speisekarte ist authentisch italienisch und die Gerichte sind perfekt zubereitet. Auch im Sommer angenehm mit der Außenterrasse mit Blick auf den See.

Wir aßen hier 3 mal während unseres Aufenthaltes in Lausanne. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, jedes Mal, wenn wir von Robert serviert wurden, der freundlich, höflich und effizient war. Jeder Besuch hatten wir verschiedene Mahlzeiten und alle waren ausgezeichnet. Eine gute Wahl im Menü. Das Wetter war warm und wir konnten jedes Mal draußen sitzen, was großartig war wie der Blick auf den See. Speisekarte ansehen

Tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und den See vom Restaurant aus. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Essen/ die Gerichte sind durchschnittlich, wahrscheinlich nicht den Premium-Preis wert. Komplexe Gerichte mit Elementen, die unterschiedliche Garzeiten erfordern, sind möglicherweise nicht alle warm oder perfekt gekocht, wenn sie auf dem Tisch ankommen. Einige Elemente auf dem Teller können sogar kalt sein. Die Pasta ist entweder übersalzen oder überhaupt nicht gesalzen.

I begin by saying that the location of this restaurant is truly remarkable. The view of the lake is spectacular and already this deserves a positive evaluation. Second mention goes to the staff, really very friendly and also efficient. I was invited for a business lunch. I must say that I do not like to frequent Italian restaurants abroad, because the cuisine, although inspired by tradition, must necessarily adapt to foreign tastes. As for the courses I ordered, this is also the case here. In conclusion, I would say good cuisine, but not very adherent to Italian taste. Prices not cheap, but appropriate to the class of the restaurant.

We visited the Michelin awarded restaurant. I have an allergy to onions, so I always go to good restaurants to make this request. I ordered a cucumber and tomato salad as a starter and the Branzino with vegetables and potatoes as a main course. All neutral dishes... The cucumber/tomato salad came without onions at first glance, but the tomatoes and onions were cut on the same board as the onions and both had a very intense onion flavour. I brought this to the attention of the service staff and they apologised. Took the plate back to the kitchen. After about 3 mins a lady came back to my table with the same plate and told me that they could not serve the salad any other way as they always use... Speisekarte ansehen
