Excellent Thai restaurant that really comes out of the ordinary. TOP kitchen, very nice frame (magnetic break on the wall.) Only positive points. I highly recommend

The design of this small restaurant is really nice and the food is fresh and tasty. However, there is clearly not enough food in your plate and the cost of your meal is really expensive. Speisekarte ansehen

Walked by this little spot a few times near our hotel and it looked like a cute spot. Sit at the bar for the best experience! It's a French-Asian fusion type menu, order a few items to share, and watch the amazing tartar and cocktails be prepared in front of you. Excellent ambience, food and friendly staff.

They say if the selection on the menu is small, its usually good quality. This proved correct! A mix of Thai and French flavours which might seem strange on paper but worked really well for the mains. Great wine - Try the italian red! The cheese for dessert was from Basque and sealed the night perfectly. Great staff.

A few steps away from Place de Clichy (Paris 17), we found this small restaurant right on the corner of the street. Menu looked interesting so we gave it a try.Nice atmosphere, kind and very quiet service, mainly suitable for couples (we didn't see big tables)Different kind of "tartares" (raw meat, a delicious Frenchs specialty), a "curry of the day" and good wine. 14-15 euro is an average traditional tartare de beouf in Paris.. here with 19 euro you can get a tartare de poisson du jour (in this case codfish and coconut) or a great spicy tartare de boeuf thai. In both cases a real food experience...so fair enough! I agree not to come here too hungry (kind of usual in Paris, so in the end not surprising at all).. but the atmosphere is very cozy and contemporary, at the same time. Dessert probably a bit pricey so better just a coffee.

Having battled the elements during the day - rain, wind, sleet and snow - we wanted to go somewhere near to our hotel for dinner so we didn't have far to walk. We also fancied thai. Alanna cafe ticked both boxes. We booked a table for around 8.30... we arrived a bit early, not realising quite how near to the hotel it was, and we were a bit worried as it was empty! Went for a quick drink and by the time we got back, it was mobbed! It is quite snug but that didn't really matter. Mixed plate of smoked fish for starters was delicious - really refreshing with a lovely salad to boot! We both went for the chicken soup for our main course and it was amazing. I have been to and reviewed this restaurant before and found the food excellent. On this occasion however it is not a review of the food (as we didn't have any) but a comment on the restaurant's organisation. My son reserved a table for 8pm. We were held up on the way there when the bus we were in was caught in very heavy traffic and arrived about 10 minutes late to find that they had given our table to someone else despite the fact that they had taken a phone number when the booking was made and so could have easily tried to contact us to check whether we were coming - they didn't.
