Very helpful staff! And the mushroom fajitas were the best. The waiter suggested adding the beach cheese to them and it was very tasty. I thought the cat waiter that bought the food to the table was cute.

The staff took ages to even notice our table and service was so slowwww. Food portions were small and very expensive for what they were. Honestly the worst restaurant I've been to in like 12 years. Food you was great, with a decent portion size (definitely recommend tapas). This was made even better by the great customer service where no question was to much and where our waitress showed a great level of knowledge on the menu with regards to allergies which made our dining experience even better. Will be visiting next time I come to Center Parcs.

Had a great meal out for dinner. All 7 of us left happy and satisfied. Originally chose to sit outside but managed to find us a table inside when it got too cold. Service was prompt and friendly, food was great. Everyone enjoyed picking at nachos to start. The cauliflower pieces were surprisingly good. I enjoyed my beef burrito with fries. The restaurant seems to be understaffed, relying on robot servers that struggle to navigate around the furniture and often become stuck while the food gets cold. Meanwhile, the human staff have to stop what they're doing to help the robots back into an empty spot. Instead of investing in these costly robots, which are priced at £13,000 each, it would be far better to hire enough staff who can deliver food promptly and with a smile. I visited this restaurant for a birthday celebration and was extremely disappointed. My steak arrived and was nothing but gristle and fat—no reputable chef would have cooked it, much less sent it out. I was offered a replacement, but I declined as I had lost my appetite. Out of the six steaks we ordered, two were sent back, and two more were overcooked. After we expressed our disappointment at the end of the meal, the staff informed us that there were issues with the supply and quality of the steaks. If that's the case, why are they still being served? The steaks had no flavor whatsoever. I would not recommend this restaurant.

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had at centre parcs. I’ve always been so impressed by the service and the meals in all the other restaurants but this really was a disaster. The Piri chicken was dry, the drink took about 20 mins to come. Even though the restaurant was empty. Service was awful everyone just standing around. Someone started clearing our table and then just wondered off talking to everyone in the kitchen for about 10 mins, with half the stuff still left on the table. The bar was full of empty glasses over spilling the actual bar and overall a rubbish experience. Would not recommend at all. I work in hospitality and if this was the restaurant I worked in I would be disappointed...

I was absolutely blown away by the customer service and friendliness of the staff. The food was out very quickly which kept the kids happy! They were very accommodating to my children’s gluten free dietary requirements and advised me and the husband on which dishes would be suitable! Overall lovely meal and drinks. My husband loved the beer! (coronas his favourite) and I loved my espresso martini! Great day out with the kids!
