good address. Simple dishes but very well prepared. Very good champagne although a little expensive. 65 euros! Gougères a little dry. for the rest, nothing to complain about.

the reception and the terrace are nice the salads are very simple and do not justify their prices the service is not very fast why not if you want to spend a moment on a terrace in the shade in the center of melun

Intimate place with non-touristy feel and helpful staff. I was alone but felt comfortable. I had a broad bean soup with a poached egg in it which was simply delicious, followed by a tender fish dish with mushrooms. Better than a Michelin star restaurant in...Versailles the previous night and a third of the price.

We were few in this restaurant and despite that we have waited almost 45 minutes our dishes.!the purée of small peas that accompanied the bar was of bad quality and all dry, as for the salad a shame ! cooked salt, beans with a great taste , impermissible potatoes , and tomatoes not ripe , insipid while we are in the middle of the season ! very disappointed, there is only the name of the restaurant that can attract. no water at table during our passage, several hairs in our plates, desserts warm up in the microwave and which had to be prepared for several days. salads finally made with very fatty and low-end ingredients in small quantities. I strongly advise this restaurant, I spent it regularly and I hesitated to do the test ,bref we won't return there.

We had a nice time with my mother on the terrace. I kept a good memory of a lunch because the products were fresh. Idem this time. a small map but everything was good, served on the deserted square in the evening (recomfortable after the departure of noisy guests of the salad shop next to it.) special mention for salmon tartar and foie gras (pictures below). friendly welcome. good wines. promotion the fork 30% welcome because rather Parisian addition (count more than 100€ to two for entry, dish, dessert and wine to glass.) we will return because it is a good address.

A lovely setting if it's warm enough to sit out in the square and enjoy dining al fresco. Inside seemed modern and clean and a fresh alternative to chequered tablecothes and rickety chairs elsewhere (thought therefore perhaps lacking in french charm? But most importantly... the...food ....was great. Foie gras with potatoes and salad, and carpaccio of beef went down very well indeed. A tasty flat fish with gallons of homemade hollandaise sauce lightly foamy and divine! My lamb shank was tasty, and the beans were superb, but personally i prefer the meat to just fall apart when you look at it. Creme brulee to die for and a good pear sorbet.
