"Was opposite the Montparnasse Tower and therefore the obvious choice before visiting for an evening. Had a few good reviews on TA so took the family there. Almost empty @8pm on a Sunday evening and seated in the window. Waiters attentive and drinks ok along with a basic menu, of which burgers seemed to feature heavily. All chose a chicken dish (Salad or Club Sandwich) and all came with a healthy amount of sliced chicken breast. Salad eaters were happy, but I had hoped my club sandwich would be warm and the bread/toast was a little off/stale, so I left most of that.Probably good for a quick simple lunch, but not really for an evening meal."

Here is a traditional brewery that offers fresh products. a lot of world, passage and a very fast service, visibly accustomed to rushed travellers. Classic tartar is good, there are also excellent pressure beers. near the window, you can follow the traffic around the Montparnasse train station.

I have had a drink here a few times as I find it convenient for the station which is literally a minute´s walk away. This means you can get away from the gloom and noise of the station, sit outside (if you can bear the French chain smokers gathered there, that is) and catch some sun. I got trapped there one evening by a thunderstorm and ended up having a meal which was good too.

When you pass through Montparnasse, there is little chance to miss this brewery located next to it. prices in average, interesting map, dishes were good, good quality products. The meal went very well and thanks also to the reception and service, even if it is necessary to see that the feeling about it is certainly variable according to the people who provide them. it was a pleasant time spent in this establishment that more is with a musical background to pop/rock'n'roll tendencies, but nevertheless appreciable to amateurs.
