"Very surprised the positive feedback of reception and service, as we were overall disappointed from beginning to end despite excellent cuisine. Telephone greeting by a very pleasant man, but we were received as if we found the accustomed customers. We were obliged to ask for an aperitif because it was not proposed, the request for dishes being made while we were barely sitting. Very good cuisine, but much too thin for the price of the dish (20€ forced to take two desserts (at 5€ room... The waitress didn't ask us if the meal was going well (but didn't hesitate to come 3 times at the table next to ask Slip, it's nice to feel that when you're not accustomed you bother a little, but we've been tolerated since we passed. It's really a pity that there's not much to make a good address, but given the price we won't return, it's a shame to get out of a hungry restaurant despite a note of over 60€ for two."

"We called in on a Friday night, the restaurant was not at this time busy, however it did fill up quickly, we had two kir petillant which were good along with a small bowl of nuts, the menu is limited however interesting, we went for...the steak with a peppercorn sauce and pork in a honey sauce, the portions are large with plenty of meat, the steak was good along with a nice peppercorn sauce, the frites were home made, this came with salad, the pork was actually pork cheeks and they just fell apart and the honey sauce was very very good, again this came with bread, salad, and frites, it was really good. We had two deserts of creme brulee which was delicious with a caramel sauce, our bill was a reasonable 55 euros which included wine. When we left the restaurant it was busy with a mixture of French and English, we found the service was very good and the food great and we will return"

"Nous sommes retourné manger au restaurant et nous n'avons pas été déçu encore une fois! Lors d'une journée ensoleillée nous avons apprécié la terrasse en bord de rivière, très agréable. Nous avons profité de cette nouvelle venue pour découvrir les nouveaux plats, la terrine de chèvre avec de la truite fumée, l'aile de raie avec une sauce au citron et enfin la tarte citron speculoos! Un régal!Les prix restent très raisonnables, je recommande vraiment de faire une halte dans ce restaurant!"
