"What an unbelievably lucky find. I was biking through the pyrenees and realized I was not going to be near a large town in time for lunch. I stopped to ask for help from a local and was directed here. It was quite a climb on a bike to get to the restaurant and from the outside I was not expecting much. What a pleasant surprise! The host was very helpful and took care of me very quickly (he had a large group arriving on a bus in just a few minutes). The delicious meal was prepared from scratch and the gazpacho was to die for. The salad was wonderfully creative, with a nice mix of lettuces, veggies and warm cheese briouats. He was also very quick to refill my water bottles. The food is wonderful, the service excellent and the view out the back is quite nice."

From start to the finish line treated like VIPs. Great atmosphere and great food. If you order the salad du comptoir make sure that you get one for your partner. Otherwise yours will disappear fast!

We both very much enjoyed our plat de jours here today. The food and wine are local and tasty enjoyed on a lovely terrace that provided interesting things to look at. The staff are warm and welcoming so would definitely recommend for lunch or evening especially when one of their concerts are on.
