They are not worth them for several reasons: The entrance is presented as a “half-cooked foie gras terrine and beef tail”, which may suggest that it is a terrine of foie gras with beef tail. Now, we have in the plate a ox tail terrine with 10% of cooked medium foie gras. It's misleading. It would have been necessary to formulate "Earth of half cooked foie gras and beef tail." The chocolate dessert was good but the pie dough was soft and had a slight taste of “ closet”, as if it had taken the air. Next to that, the foie gras and candied ravioli were excellent!"

Meals and excellent services but then prices... 31,90€ without having taken an entrance or a drink. We're not in Paris. It's a shame. The desserts at 10 euros is out of price.

The kitchen is very typical, vegetarians abstain. but the viane is good, the fries also. interesting this coupling plays beef and foie gras enter. map of interesting wines, not huge is said in the passage. the atmosphere, old, well maintained, in my taste, too light. "Only just of the beaten track which makes parking much easier! This restaurant is expensive in relation to others but is good value considering the quality and service. The menu takes a bit of working out as prices for steak are quoted by weight (multiples of 100gms) and the minimum weight you can order is also stated. To make matters more complicated you can also chose how many weeks the meat has been matured for. Whether you choose Classic or 4 week mature, the quality is all good and extremely well cooked. Even meat cooked very rare is melting. This is a "proper" steak restaurant so make sure you go for the steak. There are fixed price menus but I would keep it simple. Steak, chips with its side of vegetables. Pork and lamb is also available and there is a concession to non-meat eaters in the form of a mushroom omelette. I am sure it is delicious ......Wine is also priced at the top end and excellent. . House wine is also very acceptable.Whenever we have visited the clientele have been all French from the professional classes who are there to see and be seen. Its fascinating ! One little niggle. At the price, the amuse bouche could have been more exciting than a thin slice of fairly mundane salami with a chunk of bread. For faux filet (250 gms) and a large entrecote steak (450 gms) , with a bottle of AC Beaujolais the bill will be around 70 Euros. A starter and pud could increase that by at least 20 Euros. Nevertheless, recommended for the quality, service and ambience. The staff are really charming."
