"Dans un village reculé, joli et harmonieux, à coté du boulodrome, le petit restaurant et sa terrasse: 4 plats dans le menu surprise, pour 25 euros, trés imaginatif et frais, en particulier sur le plateau d'entrée une manière de chou avec crème légère au foie gras, chèvre et tomates locales, saumon (un peu trop cuit) avec poivrons, une pintade gouteuse ,fourrée de champignons, et daube gasconne de joue de boeuf, bien relevée,avec une excellente purée, et, au dessert, également sur plateau,crème brulée à l'abricot,panacota à la framboise, salade de melon et fruits de saison( au gout de verveine pas assez marquée).Dialogue agréable avec la patronne.Des bémols:-la lenteur du service-la terrasse où il faisait trop chaud ce jour là),-le prix du petit vin local du Brulhois (BABA), servi avec un coefficient 4Ce repas nous laisse un excellent souvenir."

"Great vegetarian restaurant! The manager's couple is welcoming and friendly. No room, only a grassy place on the edge of the Tarn where everyone sits as he wants. A beautiful setting and no chichis! More like a red meat lover, I fell by chance at Tati. One dish that day: fried burger. Well, great surprise: the texture of the meat was there, the taste was getting closer, the excellent fries, short a treat! 16 euros the dish with a generous glass of wine. Only small flat: you must have time! The couple manages the kitchen and the service alone. We had it and the expectation in this setting a little out of time was really not a problem."

"This little gem is tucked away in a French countryside village of the same name. Service was exemplary. After the complimentary amuse bouche we both had the warm king prawn starter with mozzarella, anchovies, artichoke hearts, beetroot and basil dressing. Really yummy. To follow we had sumptuous monkfish with a pan fried vegetable medley laced with crab and an intense crab reduction. This was good cooking. My desert was a masterpiece of chocolate garnished with popcorn and my partner had roast apricots with an iced almond yoghurt. Mmmmm. We were about to pay when a tray of complimentary homemade bon bons arrived. The bill came to €90 with an excellent bottle of wine. Good value for the quality and attentiveness. Sitting beneath a low canopy of leaves in the warm summer's evening what more could we want for our last gastronomic dinner in South West France."
