Le Safari - Speisekarte

Not very well executed. Some dishes ok (rabbit, beef stew, vongole). Others were pretty terrible - pizza was burned, twice. I'd find somewhere else.

The food is always good, yet not very refined. But we ate here three times because of the price and the menu. You can choose from a lot of different dishes.

Too many people, average food, we were ignored two times for 1 hour, finish dinner at 11:00 because the waitress were busy with other guests who came later than us. Speisekarte ansehen

We came here for a family meal. The food is decent but nothing special. The waitress was particularly unpleasant with everyone. There are better restaurants in Nice, would not recommend.

The food is good, the service is efficient and it is a really nice place to go for lunch when you visit the area. Nothing fancy or innovative, but traditional good food without being robbed when the bill arrives.

Lovely food and service!!! Highly recommend! Great House Wine. Were eating there almost every night when in Nice. But better book yourself a table and be ready for some waiting time for your food (around 30min for mains) but its totally worth it! Speisekarte ansehen

Cost, but firstly good seafood restaurant. We had a lovely time in Le Safari. Lunch for 7 were of 3 kids was no problem. Great pizzas ( yes in a seafood place a bit odd but really good). The fresh fish is heaven. Go for the today's special. Awesome when we were there.

We went to this restaurant because it was recommended in books and online. Unfortunately we faced a disappointment with our pizza margherita and entrecote steak. It felt like they were made in a rush - as they indeed were judging by the crowd and full restaurant, but that shouldn't show on the plate. The entrecote was according to my date "the worst he'd ever come across" - he ordered it medium and got it plain raw. My pizza dough was raw and frankly could have tasted like anything out of a freezer. We also had to struggle with our knives and the cutting. Le Safari is located in the very popular Cours Saleya in the heart of Old Nice. Popular with tourists and the site of the famous Flower Market during the day, it is known for its many restaurants. Le Safari is among the best of these. Here you can enjoy a great variety of local specialties as well as French bistro favorites. The food is delicious offering dishes from fried sardines, sea bass, to steak filet and a wonderful entrecôte. Pasta with clam sauce, and salads nicoise. The wine list offers wonderful wines at all prices. The service is friendly and professional.
