very friendly old environment. Be careful! well served and copied dishes. Chef's terrine and prepared tartar: I had trouble finishing my plate! rate: less than 30 euros with coffee and municipal water. pleasant reception and fast service.

Everything about this place is great. The owners are welcoming and relaxed, the food is very French and delicious and the wines are fantastic. Families and dogs were in the restaurant tonight, all had a great time! Book or you could be disappointed...

This bistro contains what is best done in this type of establishment. typical dishes, copied, good, high quality products, exceptional know-how, perfect welcome and service to the top !denis, boss, husband, waitress and michael, the chef, form a perfect team, are well understood and it feels at all levels of desserts, wines, bread is good, well served and valued. The welcome is warmest. the wine card does not exist, the choice is made on tasting only accompanied by a true advice from the owner. the dishes are generous and tasteful. a pleasure in the eyes and taste. the boss is able to describe each of the ingredients precisely in terms of origin (production, origin, reason of choice) or in terms of flavors. the chef transforms them into a classic of French gastronomy with brio. the atmosphere is that of a real Parisian bistro. the place is corsi without ostentation. We really feel comfortable. This place has been in existence for a year now. I recommend and I will return to it as soon as possible...

My husband and I had a great meal for under 43 Euros, including tip. The restaurant had a special: for 12.50 euro, one could get an appetizer and entree or entree and a dessert. I chose the escargot and beef skewers, my husband had the escargot and pasta. We each had 6 escargot, which were delicious, in a garlic, olive oil and parsley dressing. The beef came with a good portion of french fries and a salad. And of course , sliced baguette. The pasta was a hefty portion of a Greek style pasta with feta cheese. I also had a glass of sauvignon blanc, which was not the best, but not the worst either. The restaurant is close to the Abbessess Metro stop on the number 12 line, in the Montemarte sect...

We stumbled upon this charming place late one evening whilst visiting Paris. We were after authentic French cuisine and tried to get away from the Tourist trap eateries. We realised this was close to a metro stop we got off at and thought we try...it, we were not disappointed! It’s a small but charming bistro with French and English speaking staff. It felt very warm and welcoming, almost seemed family run. We decided to go for the specials of the day which were Pork Fillet Mignon and Duck. There was a great depth of flavour in both the pork and the duck which made for a delicious meal. We do however regret not getting some wine for the table as the bartender seemed very knowledgeable.
