A warm welcome in a disappointing environment. We've had a great holiday at the end of the year.

Very pleasant stay Perfect with a box breakfast meal... Spa but it lacks a Jacuzzi Too bad that the hammam did not work

We had a great time in this beautiful establishment. We arrived via a smartbox, and from beginning to end everything was perfect, room, meals and reception. To highlight the exceptional kindness and availability of all staff, from start to finish!

Overall, service, services, staff, everything is excellent. A small flat on the pro work room, when booking it is not at all this photo, so little disappointment. Moreover there is a slight indeterminate smell. It's a little dark and few possibilities to open the window. But that remains very correct. The staff of the spa is adorable,competent, listening. We were delighted with our awakening of the dishes served and the drinks totally delighted us a dessert with a log would have been welcome yet and might have been in the theme if not a salad of extraordinary fruit really top!! regarding the room we deplored having two single beds what explained the little passage on one side the right side when entering was almost inaccessible more my husband moving much at 4am the temperature

A very professional and attentive team of the telephone reservation, which already invites you to a pleasant stay, until the check out where we already regret to have to leave this great warm and elegant residence. The attentive and benevolent staff is there for many, present and discreet at a time, each moment, so that each ingredient in the stay is successful and unforgettable. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Montvillargenne 10 years earlier, as well as my birthday. We were very well received by Christophe, very attentive throughout the meal. A big thank you also to Océane for its impeccable service and to Léa, very involved and smiling. The meal was delicious, no waiting between dishes, service always in the right timing. A big thank you to Christophe who offered us 2 cups of champagne. We have been sensitive to the attentions that have been brought to us (birthdays on dessert, team availability, listening... .
