"I was very impressed with this restaurant, especially the main courses. The mixed starters were average, but the basic tempura vegetables included what seemed to be an onion ring, similar to what you would get with a pub burger. However, I discovered that onion rings taste great with satay and chili sauce, so I didn't mind. For my main dish, I had 'tod kratiem prik Thai' with beef, which was delicious with a flavorful, salty, and spicy sauce. The dish had plenty of meat and what I believe was roasted or dried garlic sprinkled on top. I couldn't resist spooning the leftover sauce into my mouth after finishing my meal. The portion of stir-fried noodles was generous enough to share between two people and also very tasty. I spent around £18 on starters, main courses, and beers. If you are in or near Macclesfield, I highly recommend this restaurant."

This restaurant is a hidden treasure. The food is outstanding and the waiter is simply fantastic, although a bit quirky. Make sure to try the golden baskets.

when they go 40mins b4, they will not be served. when they say something, the waiter breaks with. so lose at least £100. or more, as there are 4 of us plus we will not go any more, so that he cost the venue much lost taking.

possibly the best restaurant in the whole city. macclesfield is happy to have such an incredible, authentic Thai cuisine. After I lived in Thailand and tried many places in Britain to find these perfect aromes, I did not find a place as good as this. really a Jewel. Speisekarte ansehen

recently went back to this restaurant for taking away after finding other Thai places expensive. it wasn't disappointed. no wonder that it has been there for years. beautiful owners, amazing eating, tasty melt in the mouth ripening. and a great price! comes next week again!

I'll start by saying I love Thai food, its certainly one of my favourite cuisines, (if not my favourite) and Maliwan certainly does a very good job of providing reasonable Thai food, perhaps I've been spoilt in the past though but I have certainly had better. For Macclesfield though I doubt you'll find much better
