Steak delicious but a very big but. If you order the curry it’s a very big disappointment. Stick to steaks when ordering.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent, but the restaurant was too cold. Despite being moved to a warmer area, I still felt uncomfortable and rushed through my meal without fully enjoying it.

Starters went to another table, partners main was cold so ended eating on my own, partners chicken was very dry, had the cheek to add service charge, won’t choose Marco Pierre white again, should have chosen hotel restaurant.

The dining experience was pleasant and the service was excellent. However, the restaurant was cold, causing us to eat quickly and not fully enjoy our meal. Thankfully, the staff helped relocate us to a warmer area which improved our overall experience.

after purchasing a groupon voucher and finding out there was time restrictions didnt get of to a good start, plz read the small print, however on arrival the building and settings look amazing at night, perfect wow factor, after reading some poor reviews was also a bit worried, however there was no need, both staff and food were perfect I'd have no hesitation in going again.

Additionally, using Black Friday vouchers purchased as a gift made the meal feel like a Christmas gift, but we were embarrassed when we were made to verify them at the beginning of the evening.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, although the main course was a bit cold, including the sauce, mushrooms, and vegetable sides. The service was excellent, but the restaurant itself was uncomfortably cold. I had to leave my shawl on throughout the meal and mentioned the issue to the staff, but it was not addressed. Additionally, I had purchased Black Friday vouchers as a gift, so this meal was part of the Christmas presents. However, the beginning of the evening was awkward as we were made to check the vouchers, which made me feel embarrassed.

Marco Pierre White is considered one of the finest steakhouses in Chester. The food is of top quality and the menu offers a variety of options. My personal favorite starter was the scotch eggs, which are hard to come by at such a high standard. The chateaubriand steak was exceptional, though it is meant for sharing, so make sure to bring a friend. The only downside preventing Marco Pierre White from receiving a 5-star rating is the prices, which are reflective of the restaurant's high standing in a luxurious hotel. I would highly recommend dining here if you are willing to spend a little extra for excellent food.
