"Firstly, the food was satisfactory, however the service was extremely poor. It is evident that there are issues with how the restaurant is being operated. It took over an hour to receive 3 starters and almost 2 and a half hours to get our main dishes. The table next to us left after waiting nearly 2 hours for their starters, and another table left after being informed that the kitchen had run out of vegetables 90 minutes after placing their order. We observed numerous takeout orders being prioritized over in-house customers. Despite ordering naans when we first placed our order, they were unavailable when our food was served. We were disappointed by the lack of communication and organization from the staff. The manager attempted to blame the new staff member and then the chef for the issues we encountered. Although we were offered complimentary drinks, we declined as we were already fed up with the poor service. We arrived at 7pm and left at 9:45pm feeling unimpressed. The restaurant must decide whether to prioritize their dine-in customers or takeout orders, as they are currently unable to handle both effectively. It is unfortunate that our past positive experiences at this restaurant have been overshadowed by this recent visit."

I ordered two lamb Bhunas for delivery, I really wish I hadn’t it was watery junk , the worst I have ever had , I’m happy they also did not provide the menu leaflet , which I had also asked for , as I will never use again . We had a takeaway from here and it was fantastic. Great service and super-tasty food. We were still talking about it the next day as the wonderful smells were still in the house.
