our last evening in uzès was made even more memorable thanks to this fabulous meal, the good atmosphere and a staff passionate about service and good food! Everything was divine!

I witnessed the waltz of the plates, and it really shocked me, just as by the man who rid the cigarette while in the mouth, even if there were only few customers left...Hot, however forgotten thanks to the smile and kindness of the young waitress. the staff should just learn some basic rules about the service!However, quality of the dishes very satisfying.

We had dinner here at our last night in uzès. sitting in the beautiful walled courtyard behind the restaurant. Perfect lighting. food was spectacular from beginning to end, just like service. the selection of the cheese course among a variety of 18 cheeses was a wonderful touch. I highly recommend this experience. to crown everything, they easily welcomed our 12-year-old girl very difficult. Good show.

shaded patio in a quiet area in the city center of Uzes... very nice place! welcome a little cold fortunately caught by our young waitress. The lunch menu could be complemented by an additional choice at the entrance level. I especially recommend the tuna loin very well cooked. restaurant recommended by the hotel's boss with the mention of eating very well. reservation of the table: 15:00. Arriving at the restaurant while taking an apéro: 19:30. entrance served: 21:15. No comment or excuse from the boss or the boss. we are not without ignoring that a delay can occur for any reason. We just have to explain it to the customers. They're gonna figure it out. the glasses and bottles related to the apero were unpacked only on express request before the main dishes were brought on the table. We had a family dinner at a hot summer party. The small shady backyard is very pleasant in summer. The tame lights generate a pleasant atmosphere. The products, mainly local, are of quality and the implementation of these by the chief and his brigade was perfect. Cooking is controlled (viands and fish) and delicious sauces. The kitchen remains classic but its strength is actually in the quality of its products and the mastery of the chef's technical skills. The latter is also very good advice with regard to wines. He'll surprise you if you're not afraid to let yourself be guided! again thank you for this meal!
