"We visited here on Saturday afternoon. On arrival we were escorted to our table near the door, so requested another table away from the door. We were seated further away near a radiator and the window. We ordered drinks and food . The starter arrived and to be honest was very tasty . The problem we had was the restaurant was freezing . We had spoken to the waitress about the room temperature and she said the heating was turned off , but would turn it on . This would have taken time to warm the restaurant . She also said they had some heaters but did not know where they were . We decided to cancel the main course and leave, of course we paid for what we had eaten and drank. She offered to sit us somewhere else , but we was both cold . I did notice other guest wearing coats. Given the status and the pricing of this restaurant you would expect a warm environment. I did send a compliant via their website, but have not received anything back."

Fantastic meal and they squeezed my son I in on a busy Saturday evening, when we hadn’t pre booked. All food was perfectly cooked presented. Thanks to our lovely waitress, Cairen she was fab! Highly recommend.

Had a surprise meal here for my son getting his pilot license and it was a wonderful experience. The staff (including Allin and Luca especially)were all very polite and very friendly even when it was very busy. Had a very nice time and overall the food was all amazingly cooked

3 star bang average, felt like the place was trying to be something it’s not! £40 for possibly the smallest t bone steak I’ve had! Cooked fine, tasted ok if it was £25 then acceptable but £40 is a rip off for what you get I’d be happy to pay £40/£50 for something really good but left a sour taste of being ripped off. The starter, pulled pork doughnut very strange taste to it and my partners scallops were stringy and didn’t have the melt in your mouth experience you would expect for such a small portion at the price charged.
