Always quick and fresh, well priced with big portions too. Staff are always very plesant Classic chicken breast curry and salt chilli chicken are favourites!

Love love love, been going to hear forever! Lovely helpful staff, great selection of food, only down side is delivery time, but I saying that it just goes to show how popular this establishment is. Love it

Unfortunately the food was very poor, ordered chicken curry, shrimp curry and king prawn curry all with fried rice. The food was not good at all, no taste, no flavour. The fried rice was like pudding rice and over cooked. Very disappointed, will not go...back.

We have been eating in this excellent restaurant for many years and since lockdown struck we have had regular take away meals all of which have been excellent. Really looking forward to the day when the dining room re-opens which hopefully will not be too...far away!

As normal we let whoever’s birthday it is to choose the restaurant and my son decided this one I have been many time to this and I cannot fault this restaurant in any way if your go reserve a table although it has been quiet...because of the coronavirus but that’s just people with no brain

Can’t fault orchid lane being going to it for years! Everything I’ve had has been spot on! Chicken curry is the best and their sweet and sour chicken is lovely also. Reasonable good price and friendly staff. Sitting in the restaurant is also amazing staff...can’t do enough for you and the portions sizes are huge! Get courses for so cheap can’t complain!

First visit to this fairly local restaurant. Staff were welcoming, restaurant was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Service was excellent and food served promptly and every dish was piping hot and the chicken mushroom soup brought back happy memories and chicken curry with fried...rice was so tasty and plentiful too. We all enjoyed every aspect of this meal and restaurant and will definitely recommend to others and we will be back.

We just noticed the restaurant had just opened after the last COVID lock down so booked a table last night (Friday). We felt safe, the tables are well spaced and the staff were very welcoming and well organised for COVID precautions. We have been many...times, it’s one of the local restaurants we can walk to. Food was excellent and great value for money. We had walked up on a sunny evening in shirt sleeves, no jackets too our surprise it was raining when we left so we were going to shelter under the restaurant canopy until it went off. The staff know we walk up and they supplied us with two umbrellas so we could get home dry. Service is above and beyond and I highly recommend this restaurant...

We absolutely love Orchid Lane, when the ‘good chef’ is on. The meals are fresh, plentiful and packed full of flavour. However, it pains me to say that I am not sure I will continue to get deliveries from here, as we are unsure when...the ‘bad chef’ is on and it’s completely ruining our dining experience from Orchid Lane. On a handful of occasions now, including last night, we have purchased a takeaway and it was tasteless, lacking salt and chilli (which for salt and chilli wings and salt and chilli chips this is worrying), the chips weren’t cooked properly, the fried rice was stodgy and the Singapore chow mein had next to no chicken in it. It left me feeling queasy after consuming the food....
