Lackluster staff with attitude and poor pizza but hey it's pizza hut in Paris. This is my fault and it should not be yours. Just say no

Contrairement à d'autres chaînes style pizza kebab ou à l'américaine, le goût y est correct. Cela reste très gras et huileux, à réserver pour les grosses faims (d'ailleurs, seul le buffet à volonté est acceptable niveau prix).

Nous avons attendu bien plus d'une heure pour être servis. On nous a offert le pain à l'ail, mais c'était la moindre des choses après le temps que nous avons attendu. Nous n'y retournerons plus! Le garçon nous a dit qu’il y avait un problème dans la cuisine.

Un apéritif raté : pour le barman, un demi-citron=bière 50cl avec 1 morceau de citron. Nos pizzas ont été servies 45min après la commande.Le restaurant est salle, beaucoup de nourriture au sol, des tables poisseuses et du mobilier fatigué. Une heure d'attente pour être servi alors que le resto est à moitié vide. Salle du haut fermée. Les desserts ont été offert et les en remercions, mais c'est la moindre choses. Sortie à 21h apres 2h de labeur. Le personnel est cool et fait ce qu'il peut, mais à priori ce n'est pas leur métier. Un gros problème managériale. Nous n'y reviendrons plus. Adieu pizza hut

We've just arrived in Paris, we've been in a hot car with a panting dog for two days and there's nothing to eat... and Pizza Hut is suggested as a takeout option. Right, hot wings came out cold so I asked them to be taken away and removed from the bill after we had waited 45 minutes for food to arrive, the staff were clearly unhappy at my request but reluctantly agreed, after trying the pizza it just got worse, it was just about warm but clearly was not made fresh but this is when things began to take a turn for the worst, I polititely requested the drinks also be removed due to the poor food and cold wings as a gesture of good will to which the female manager working on 10th Aug 2017 then aggressively confronted me in French just shouting French words at me, baring in mind my French goes about as far as Bonjour, I asked another lady to translate who...
