Had a lovely meal here this evening. A party of 22. Well recommended place to go friendly staff and the food was amazing all came out piping hot . Really recommend

I have never written a review before but i was so annoyed and disappointed that i had to! Cold food, missing food, slimey food, taste of old cooking oil all for £45!! Very very bad and i would not call myself a fussy eater. Avoid.

Ordered a calzone from them and turned up with hardly anything in it that it tasted of bread. When I complained to them about it all they said was that it is meant to be like that and there is nothing they can do. You can get a better calzone from Asda. Speisekarte ansehen

Met my partner's sister brother in law for a Friday evening meal which was absolutely lovely had the early bird which is served between 5pm 7pm which is amazing value for money ! Really large portions , lovely food very friendly , helpful staff . Very impressed will be back

Had the calamari for starters that tasted like it had been fried in concrete. Actually thought I had broken a tooth trying to eat it. Main course spaghetti marinara was excellent. Was very slow service with no atmosphere at all. What is stopping me from going again is the lack of curtesy to customers who had booked through the advertisement from gov.uk website for eat out to help out. If you are going to withdraw from a nationwide scheme, please the curtesy to either advertise that you have withdrawn or honour customers who have booked whilst it is advertised. It appears other customers are also annoyed by this

Was advised by management that there was no special menu for Christmas, just order from the on line menu. Pre ordered as was requested for 16 people. Paid deposit in advance. Collected money ready for the night (so I thought no hassle). WRONG! They had put their prices up and had not advised me at all (although they had all my details) so when I paid the bill we were £26 short. So had to scrape together extra money and use what would have been their tip to pay the extra bill. As I made my feelings known, they agreed to refund £24 as they agreed they were in the wrong. Ordered from here before and it was ok and as we wanted pasta and didn’t want to cook we thought we would try it again. Why did I bother!!!! Mine had the tiniest chunks of chicken (clearly frozen). Mushrooms were just shop bought smart price and no taste at all. Hubby had the seafood and the bisque didn’t exist!! Watery, slightly tomatoey and all the seafood didn’t taste of seafood at all. We had to add other flavours to make it edible and for the price, I wish I had cooked now. Now I know lockdown is hard but we’ve ordered food from a few places during lockdown and it has been just as good as sitting in and eating a meal. We 'd been down to the west country for a short break and wanted a meal before we hit the motorway. However, a lot of restaurants on our trip from Minehead to the M5 were closed, and in the current pandemic situation it can be difficult to find somewhere that accepts walk ins. By the time we reached Bridgewater just before 6pm, we were hungry hadn 't been able to find anywhere open or affordable) since breakfast. Decided pretty much on the spur of the moment to have a meal here after the cinema. Greeted without a smile and directed to a table for 2 adjacent to the main door. Every time it opened an icy blast engulfed us. We asked if we could move to a different table no problem. I ordered a steak and was told the choice of ribeye was not available so decided to opt for rump. My wife opted for the chicken and peppers in white wine sauce with rice. The waiter returned 2 minutes later to say the rump wasn't available either so I decided to have the Calzone Pizza. The meals arrived but I could see on my wife's face that she wasn't happy.
