Delicious food, very friendly staff and excellent service. Service times normal. Very nice and clean place. It is not all you can eat but this guarantees an extraordinary quality and flavors that you are not used to compared to Japanese sushi restaurants. There is no sushi (no uramaki, no nigiri etc. . I 'll be back for sure. Thank you!

Excellent quality food, fresh and balanced. Each dish has its own characterization and perfect taste. Higher price than other restaurants of this type, but it is motivated by the quality of the products. We returned to this Sagami after some time. Table service has improved. The score is low because I didn't like the quality of the fish and the cooking of the rice, however, we liked the rest of the dishes a lot. I recommend it to try their shirataki, the cold ones are really fabulous but also the ones in broth, the dons are also wonderful. The idea of also making mini versions of the dishes is smart to try different things in case of indecision. The portions are right and you won't stay hungry by taking just one dish. Desire for ethnic, excellent reviews... I came to this Japanese restaurant of a large restaurant chain. It is located a stone's throw from the center of Modena. Well furnished, it is welcoming and has a truly Asian style. The menu is really very rich, perhaps too rich. Not knowing most of the dishes, I found myself a little taken aback when choosing. In the end I decided to let myself be guided by the staff who recommended some slightly spicy udon in soy milk broth. Really good. However, I was less impressed by the other two dishes I ordered, a sashimi and a black sesame mochi (both good, but not exceptional). Overall I was satisfied. Price ok, but not cheap.
