Lovely food and prices reflect this, owner also lovely. Gave us extra poppadoms salad and sauce for no charge

The meal was fantastic. We ordered two curries and rice that were absolutely delicious. We hope to return again.

Picked up curries and naans after seeing the good reviews here. Very disappointed with the curries— too much sugar, too little spice but the portions were good and the naans excellent. Better off buying a couple of jars of curry sauce and making it...yourself. Speisekarte ansehen

My partner and I visited this restaurant two days ago and had a fantastic experience both times. The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. I have been a regular customer at Saj restaurant for years and always enjoy my meals there. My partner tried it for the first time yesterday and was impressed by the quality of the food. We would definitely return and recommend it to others to try.

My first experience with curry from The Saj was very pleasant. The chicken dansak was not exactly what I expected, as it contained pineapple which was a new twist for me. The dish had a thick, flavorful sauce with tender chicken pieces. We also tried the Pilau rice, saag aloo, and Peshwari naan, all of which were delicious. The fact that we finished the meal quickly is a good indicator of how enjoyable it was. I will definitely return to The Saj, but I may explore other menu options for something with a bit more substance. Overall, the food was tasty and well-prepared.

I’m not usually a fan of takeaway Indian as it’s always disappointing when you get it home but we were going to the Chinese next door last night when we smelled the Indian and went straight in. It was really nice, not greasy at all....Reasonable price for what we had for popadoms dips, onion bhajis, veg samosas, main chicken dishes, rice, chips a chicken tikka naan). Only a minute wait too which was good. The onion bhajis were lacking a bit of flavour but that’s my personal taste, I had the Goan chicken which was supposed to have mango slices in it, but it didn’t, just a dollop of mango chutney.
