"We are not adventurous eaters and our waitress was very pleasant and patient with us explaining what was in the dishes, how they were cooked etc. We sat in a booth, nice and private so we could have a conversation. An appetizer was brought out for us to nibble on, flatbread, dip and carrot and celery sticks, while waiting for our food which came in a timely manner. We both chose avocado and prawns as a starter, followed by two different lamb dishes, both came piping hot and nicely presented. The portions are large! It was my wife's birthday and the staff placed a lit candle in her piece of cheesecake and sang Happy Birthday, what a lovely touch."

I had a wonderful dining experience at Shen's restaurant. The portions were generous, the food was cooked with care, and the family service was incredibly friendly. The prices were reasonable and there were so many tasty options on the menu. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
