"The restaurant had poorly trained staff who were not knowledgeable about allergies. The person who seated us barely spoke English. The food was lukewarm at best and our water was forgotten. Other tables that were sat after us were served before us. When I tried to pay, I was treated as if I were invisible. Despite all of these issues, I was still charged a service fee of $4.95. It seems like they are not focused on their customers and are just prioritizing delivering orders for Deliveroo. I would recommend going to Waggas instead."

I sometimes come to lunch and it was always amazing. the eating is delicious (can especially recommend the chicken catsu curry rays and the pork bunny) and the portions are very generous. the personal is always very friendly and polite

This is our 4th time here and sadly this was the worst experience. The ambience, especially from the staff was as cold as the gyoza which we were served and to make matters worse, the chicken karaage was dry and burn. Truly disappointed!!! Speisekarte ansehen

this place made me feel as if I were in japan not in the center of oxford beautiful raven and amazing rolls. the atmosphere is three times wobbled. everything is so organized and beautiful employees manage everything well. I'm burning my head!

We love Japanese food. After we placed an order we waited for over 40min and in a mean time waiter brought me a beer which I never ordered. In about an hour after we entered restaurant we left hungry as we didn’t get any food up there. Maybe the food is good, but we didn’t had chance to try it.

I had the signature Ramen at this restaurant, which was a white Ramen with pork belly, ginger, mushrooms, and Nori. The broth was tasty, the pork was very tender, and the ginger and scallions added a nice flavor to the broth. If you are shopping in this area and looking for a quick, hot meal, this is a great place to stop by.

they have a special Christmas 3 curs for £23 a person!(one side, rug and a sweet but I had believed katsu curry, so we decided to order individually! the tasting flight is a good offer. the service was little slow, buns (it was hard buns, we love more skrumbling! we have pork and karaage bungalow both tried pork bungalow was definitiw tastier! and ramen were okay! we enjoyed katsu curry and gyoza very much! the Gyoza sauce was delicious!
