Pretty filling and nice, strong flavour and good texture. Not many options.

Nos encanta todo, sobre todo los flambeados, hay mucho surtido de sushi para todos los gustos, y los chicos y chicas son encantadores. Me gusta mucho la decoración, acompaña perfectamente al ambiente japonés. Siempre repetimos.

They offer some spare vegan sushi, but it's quite simple. The best trick is to ask for a vegetarian combo, which is prepared by chef suggestion, asking for a vegan option (without cheese). Mine was delicious. They offer also clearly labelled vegan baos.

Please be aware that Sibuya is a chain restaurant. I've gone to another Sibuya in a different city and we asked and they told us that ALL NOODLES HAVE EGG. I assume that this applies to all of the Sibuyas. On the other hand, they have avocado sushi (nice but expensive) and mini phan bao (also nice, but very small and expensive). There are better options for vegan asiatic options in Gijón, check Hong Kong restaurant, near the bus station. Cheers! Speisekarte ansehen
