What a nice place to relax. Sat on the coach. Friendly service. Cozy, welcoming venue. Great food! Art on a plate and taste sensations. All of what we tried!

We stayed for a week at the hotel and we dined at The Tapas restaurant several times. The taster menu is highly recommended a pleasure to be served by Andres his team. Muchas gracias.

Food quality here is below average by Mallorcan standards, the Trip-tip （beef）dish is possibly the worst beef dish I've had in my life. Staffs are friendly, which is why I gave it one extra star. Speisekarte ansehen

Fuimos a cenar y fue todo un placer, buen servicio, lugar muy tranquilo, impensable en mallorca en estas fechas, y personal muy atento y servicial. Volveremos porque nos dijeron que cambiarán la carta.

Fuimos a cenar a tapas y fue una experiencia maravillosa. cada uno de los platos que probamos eran increíbles, no faltaba detalle. el zurdo con trufa parecía excepcional, y el último calado es completamente equilibrado y visualmente precioso. ¡Tengo que hacer una mención especial de Josemi y así chicos! ¡Repetiremos 100 por mil!

Fantástico lugar, el trato fue excelente y las tapas exquisitas! Muy muy recomendable, asequible económicamente para poder disfrutar de esa mezcla de sabores y olores, realmente nos ha encantado! Very good, however, some of the portions against cost were just over the top as an opinion, i.e., the shrimp at 12-Euros for 1-Shrimp because it comes from a specific location on the island. Understand that Tapas is quick eats, but that is over the top. Location is excellent and the environment is cozy, well presented restaurant with some delicious food.

Queríamos ir al restaurante de al lado, un japonés. Sin embargo, nos sentimos un poco más ligeros y fuimos a esta de las tapas. el servicio de 10, nos explicaron sobre el lugar y los vinos. También tuvimos un problema con los alérgenos y inmediatamente nos ofrecimos una alternativa de una muy buena carta. el lugar, la comida y el personal lo han hecho una mota para nuestras próximas visitas a la isla.

Everything was there to spend a marvelous moment at the Tapas Bar Park Hyatt. The place is beautiful, food and wine was wonderful and The waiters were fully dedicated to us. I had the feeling I was dining at a Restaurant étoilé, for the quality of service and attention. A big Thank you to the team that made us spend a wonderful dinner. The restaurant serves Tapas from different regions of Spain. All of them had the Chef’s touch and were delicious. My favorite were Madrid’s croquetas and also the Cheesecake !
