We placed our orders and the food was excellent. We tried the vegetarian pad Thai, chicken pad Thai, Tom yam with shrimp, and mango sticky rice. Everything was delicious.

Great affordable authentic Thai food. We've had food many times from Thailander and it has always been finger licking good. If you had delivery it would have been even better. Luckily we live very nearby.

highly recommended! best Thai delicacies in edinburgh for takeaway and single person meals! mango sticky rice is very authentic. tasteful pad thai. thai tee is cheap and tasteful. most important: very cheap and reasonable prices! 30£ for two and they can simply be full and satisfied. love here!

very authentic Thai food. delicious and hot **** (they can say from the photo, it is the steam that lets the picture float! friendly staff. shop is small but comfortable. fantastic eating with low price. we have taken away a mango sticky rice and it is also super yum. will be my favorite Thai restaurant in edinburgh.

incredible food. beyond expectations. do not judge the outer appearance and location as I was a tourist, this eating was only wow. some of the best foods I tried in a very long time. the personal was super friendly and very welcoming. very good, too. make sure that they specify the level of spice, as it can be very spicy! The Beef Penang was extremely disappointing. The coconut rice was so overcooked that it resembled a tennis ball. I had to send the food back. However, the staff were very friendly. The Penang dish was cooked in a bland brown gravy with no discernible herbs or spices. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I had to be honest about my experience.

Amazing! The place was such a delight to go to from start to finish! You wouldn't believe that this place handled the customer service with such attention to detail! We told them that we do not have sea food as part of our religious beliefs and they took care of that for us with ease as most of the food had it within the seasoning! The food came out amazing and so filling! We would have to visit this place again !

We were a family group of eight who visited The Thailander Restaurant in Edinburgh. Without exception we were blown away by the cuisine. The 2 vegans amongst us were amazed by the choice of dishes. Neither had eaten Thai food before and were more than delighted. As for the rest of us, we were pretty quiet as we took in the sights, smells and tastes of this truly delicious food. The staff were so friendly and attentive to all our needs as we enjoyed a lovely evening in a busy but happy atmosphere. If you have the chance this is an experience not to be missed!!
