Clean and up-to-date in the garden area, although the rustic main pub area is also juicy and welcoming, we will come back safely in the future. Great service and food. Excellent choice of food and drink in a lovely village setting. Easily able to cater for those with coeliac disease. Lovely outdoor courtyard. Plenty of parking on site .

Wow, wow, wow! Our family took our parents here for lunch for their combined 70th birthdays. The food was incredible, very tasty and beautifully created. Highly recommend. The Venison stew was out of this world!!

Lovely place to visit, I went with friends who are regulars. The food was great, I had the, rump beef burger it was delicious. One of my friends went for the battered fish and chips, they really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place.

thanks to the administration of the staff for an absolutely fantastic Christmas meal for 14 pretty loud ladies last night. they were amazing and eating was like always top notch. they are still the best pub in the opposite for eating and atmosphere through a long shot. we all had a great night. I wish you all a great christmas and new year.
