It was my first visit and it definitely won't be my last, staff were lovely and very helpful the food was delicious, can't wait to eat there again

Went with all the family last night for the fireworks display and fairplay it was brill..really enjoyed..food was out standing and drinks reasable..we go often for a meal and would recommend it to anyone!

Telephoned for a last minute booking. From start to finish, staff were very friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for you. The food was excellent and the price was very good. Shall certainly be booking there again.

Two friends and I whet to the pensions Xmas lunch on Dec 14 and it was Fabulous real meat as mutch as u like and Bingo love lady singer who kept us entertaind all afternoon this is our there'd year and this was the best Well Done all at the collers arms see u next year but all year Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4

my friend and I showed up yesterday at the same time after I got out of cornwall. they were booked for lunch and on the afternoon there was rugby. the personal could not have been nicer and put us in without it ever rushing. the food was delicious, for the lamb, and the pub was clean and welcoming. highly recommended.

What an amazing venue for food and a function. Food couldn't have been better, like a home made dinner and hot. So helpful with people who had food alergies. The entertainment package was so well organised and went well beyond my expectations. Do not hesitate to book a function night here. Thank you to all the team. Xx

I love the fact that this pub is our local. Today I tried the afternoon tea for the first time (which I highly recommend! and have always enjoyed what other meals I ordered. a fantastic selection of food is available in the offer (from breakfast to the burger to the fish to the cake! and they are always served with a smile:

This is where to go for for proper pub grub. Absolutely stunning food, I always go for the lasagne because its my fave but have come here with family who have had different things off of the menu half roast chicken, salmon, pie etc) and have all enjoyed! The chips are delicious i do think theres a slightly smaller portion of them lately but its a big meal within itself and very filling so it's probably judt me being gutsy. The cheesey garlic bread is to die for and the onion rings..yummy. The staff are always so welcoming and accommodating and if your eyes are bigger than your belly like mine are they always provide recyclable food containers to take it home if needs be!
