"I went here with a friend to catch me. we were greeted by a friendly waitress who took our food order. we ordered a sirloin steak and the chicken and pancetta cake. the steak (15.99) was served with a tiny tomaten, 2 barely fried tweebel rings, lamb salad and some chips. she asked for tomato sauce and we didn't get any. I think for this price, regardless of whether they have sauce or not, is very much over price for what they get. No one came by to ask how it was eating. the chicken cake was beautiful with the strange pieces of dodgy looking chicken pieces. for dessert we had a banana pee that did not see much on it and had too thick of a basic on it. the sticky toffee pudding but was delicious with vanilla ice cream. the menu that they see on the website and the menu that they get in the restaurant is something different, so don't look too much in advance, especially on the pages, I don't think we'll be back soon as it's just not as beautiful as we originally remember that it is."

My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant for a meal earlier, and we both thought the place was great. We received excellent service from Kerry! Please extend our thanks to her. The price per person was between £10-20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received scores of 5 out of 5.

We had an absolutely cracking lunch at the Glover Arms, and welcomed into a cosy atmosphere (very needy on a chilly day! . We went for the Signature Burger and the Lasagne and they were both fabulous: really well seasoned, piping hot and the portions were massive! Would certainly recommend, and look forward to popping back in the next time we are in the neighborhood! Food: 5

Colin, the chef, once again delivered amazing food at the restaurant tonight. The sticky chicken for start was absolutely delicious! I always enjoy the food here and the staff are very lovely. Special thanks to our waitress Zoe and all the other staff for a wonderful evening. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all get a perfect score of 5. Highly recommend trying the Fish Chips and Steak Sandwich.
