"the place itself is really inviting colorful and with cheerful music playing in the background, wooden and chairs, flowers. the staff/owners were very friendly and immediately able to tell us about the vegan options. there is also a small salatable, which looked very inviting. eating was far from being excellent. we had a lens soup for a starter that tasted nothing but sweet broth powder. it came with (at least that was) some delicious brot and vegan margarine (super salzig, but obviously what margarine is like in Great Britain.) my partner got a sweet chili and rice dish for all that was in order, but we had better. I went for a sandwich that consisted of a white super market baguette hummus (not made either) and some salat: I had expected much more as the place looks so ecologically none of the desserts were vegan. we said they would prepare more vegan dishes if we called next time. everything in all is not a bad place, but there is still much space for improvements."

We first visited a few months ago when house-hunting, and it's now become our Go-To breakfast and lunch stop... yesterday I tried the bubble and squeak will bacon and poached egg. Yes YES YES! absolutely top tuck and extremely good value for money. Staff are absolutely charming, friendly and helpful... the coffee is excellent... Top marks!
